A tremendous success of this project. 2024 KB Homes Lotus Arcadia New Home Listing agent: KB was having difficulties with selling the last 3 units of their project in Lotus, Arcadia. The units had been on market for months without any sales. Pearl took on the role as the listing agent and successfully sold all 3 units within 3 weeks.
